1. Data controller
The data controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the person named in the Imprint. Contact: info@qrlapscan.com
2. How the app works
QR LapScan processes event configurations, device identifiers, QR wristband codes, and scan timestamps. Scans are first stored locally and only transmitted to the counterpart configured in the event setup.
3. Demo
The public demo uses only fictional runner data. Incoming demo scans and voluntarily entered helper names are temporarily stored to illustrate the workflow and are reset regularly.
4. Contact form
If you contact us through the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (handling the request and legitimate interest in the communication). The message is delivered by email to the address named above; it is not shared with third parties. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to handle the request, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. No advertising and no tracking
The application currently contains no advertising networks and no cross-provider tracking.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing of your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please use the contact address above.
